Last updated 8 September 2026.

This policy explains what Hoplyy ("we", "us") collects on this website, fieldwork.hoplyy.com, and through support for the Fieldwork theme, and what we do with it.

## 1. This website

This site is a demonstration of the Fieldwork theme. The company, phone number, reviews and prices shown on it are placeholders. The forms on the site are live so that visitors can try them.

- **Forms.** If you submit a form we receive what you type, usually a name, phone number, email address and message. It is stored in our HubSpot account and used only to reply to you. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.
- **Cookies and analytics.** The site is hosted on HubSpot, which sets cookies and collects standard visit data such as pages viewed, browser and approximate location. HubSpot's own privacy policy describes this. You can decline non-essential cookies in your browser.
- **Server logs.** Like every website, requests are logged with an IP address and timestamp for security and troubleshooting.

02

## 2. Theme support

If you email us for support we keep the correspondence, and any HubSpot account ID or page address you include, for as long as it is needed to help you and to improve the theme. We do not access your HubSpot account unless you invite us to.

03

## 3. The theme itself

The Fieldwork theme does not collect data or send anything to Hoplyy from the websites you build with it. Forms, analytics and cookies on your site are handled by HubSpot and by whatever tools you add.

04

## 4. Retention and your rights

Form submissions and support emails are kept for up to two years unless we are working with you, then deleted. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing the address below, and we will respond within thirty days.

05

## 5. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version.
